Is a publicly available register which includes details of when a Supplier's Credit Cover has been drawn down and when a Supplier has insufficient Credit Cover. It is defined in The Electricity Capacity (Supplier Payment etc.) Regulation as the register maintained by the CM Settlement Body under regulation 30.
